Exporting Approval Information to Excel
You can export either approval summary or approval history to CSV file on the “Timesheet Approval Page”.
Exporting summary gives nearly the same information you see on the screen in a CSV file. It contains final status of timesheet for each project and user. Once it is in CSV file, you can open it with Excel and reformat it whichever way you want and share it with other users who may not have approval permission.

Exporting approval history is the second option and it exports all the details of users submitting/revoking timesheet, all the approvals and rejections. It contains every detail of approval process. It contains a lot more record than approval summary export. Once it is in CSV file, you can open it with Excel and filter, reformat it whichever way you want. There is a sample export below, it is a lot larger than summary export. Because, it has multiple submit/revoke/reject/approve cycles.
