Daily Entered Work Log Total and Required Work Hours Tooltips

On the timesheets grouped by user, or your own user timesheet if you hover on a cell, a tooltip that displays entered work log total for the day required work hours for the day is shown. Required work hours is calculated using the user's work hours schema and holiday schema. If required work hours for a day is 0, that day is shown as if it is a holiday.
