Sharing Timesheet
You can copy paste URL of the timesheet to email, in a confluence page or anywhere you want. When a user clicks on the link, they will able to see exact timesheet you have set up provided that they are logged in to JIRA.
Bug
Due to a problem opening a shared timesheet link requires users to be logged in to JIRA before they click on the link. It doesn't work when the link forwards them to login page. We plan to address this problem in a future release.
Instead of manually copying url from the browser, you can select "Share Timesheet" from the menu of current timesheet as shown in the following screenshot.
You can also bookmark timesheet in your browser to easily access it later.
