Release Calendar

 

Progress and release information for your component versions and bundles can be tracked on the Release Calendar page.

Status of Releases

  • If a release is Overdue, then component version/bundle name will be shown in red.

  • If a release is UpcominG, then component version/bundle name will be shown in blue.

  • If a component version or bundle has been Released, then component version/bundle name will be shown in green.

Page Level Actions

  • Getting detailed information about a release: You can get detailed information about your releases by clicking on them. When you have done this, the following dialogue will appear on your screen and you will be able to see information about the share, such as:

    • Type: Whether it is a component version or bundle release.

    • Release date: The date on which your release is scheduled.

    • Start date: The start date of the corresponding release.

    • Progress: A progress bar that shows the progress on the JIRA.

A colon is used as a delimiter to separate names. The left-hand side of the colon indicates the name of the bundle or component, while the right-hand side indicates the paired version name.

 

  • Changing a release date with drag and drop: You can also change your release dates by simply dragging and dropping to the desired date on the Release Calendar.

 

  • Disabling grouping: On the Release Calendar page, components are grouped by default, allowing you to filter component versions easily. However, if you wish to view all releases of all component versions and bundles, simply toggle the 'Disable grouping by component' button located at the top left.
