Configuration of Analytics App for Confluence
The configurations of the Analytics cloud app can be reached in the 'Analytics' section under the atlassian marketplace part of settings, represented by the cogwheel in the upper-right corner of the confluence. Those configurations are affected by the required permissions. To make these configurations, user is needed to be in the groups that are site-admins or confluence-admins-team.

Track Comments | Enable/disable tracking comments of a page |
Track Anonymous Users | Enable/disable anonymous users to see analytics |
Restricts groups that can view analytics | Enter a user group that can view the Analytics. |
Excluded User Groups | Enter a user group that will be excluded from the Analytics. The number of views, updates and comments made by users in these groups are not counted. |
Excluded Projects | Enter a space that will be excluded from the Analytics. The number of views, updates and comments on this project are not counted. |
Permissions
The ‘Analytics' cloud app for confluence must have the ‘View' permission in the space settings to be able to access the content of this space. First, ‘Statistics' need to be added to the 'Individual Users' part of space permissions and then 'View’ permission of Statistics has to be selected.
