You can drag & drop project from "Real Projects" and "Virtual Projects" section to project tree to organize subprojects. There is no restriction on how you can organize subprojects, you can put a virtual project under a real project or vice versa. You can nest projects at any dept. To remove a project and all of it's subprojects select the project from the tree and click on 'cut icon' on the top. You can also filter the subprojects using free text using filter text box.
You can place the same project or folder to multiple locations inside the project hierarchy.
