There are several grouping types gives you parent-child relationship in WorklogPRO. But, “Issue Hierarchy” grouping is special because it produces multi level grouping of issues as defined in Jira’s “Issue Hierarchy” configuration.
Assume that you have an issue hierarchy configuration as follows.
If you group the timesheet by “Issue hierachy” option, you will get a timesheet report like this.
As you can see in the screenshot, it replicates the Jira’s hierarchy at issue level. You can also combine it other grouping types if you want. For example, in the below screenshot, issue hierarchy is combined with “worklog author”.
In addition to grouping by “issue hierarchy” you can group by indivitual levels in defined in the hierachy. For example, in the following screenshot, grouping is done by “Initiative” level. You will have these levels (like initiative) in your grouping options if you have defined them in Jira’s project hierarchy.
