Sometimes data, which is stored in the cache prohibits loading of up-to-date contents. When you delete the stored cache data, the new version can be retrieved. When an expected situation does not occur in the application, for example, when a button does not open a dialog, clearing the browser cache can solve the problem. You can clear Microsoft Edge browser cache with 'Shift + refresh' or 'Shift +F5' shortcuts.
