Audit Log
WorklogPRO Cloud provides an Audit Logging system to track administrative and user actions for security and compliance purposes such as ISO-27001. The system records key activities across the application, capturing essential details such as the action type, the user who performed it, and the time it occurred.
The Audit Log page presents these records in a clear, user-centric view, organizing actions by user and WorklogPRO feature. It allows filtering by relevant categories, time period and user, making it easy to review activities, track changes, and understand user behavior across the WorklogPRO application in Jira. Each entity is assigned a unique identifier, called entityId, which is used to track all changes associated with that entity in the audit log. The audit logs can be filtered by entity to view all actions related to a specific entity.
This feature is disabled by default and must be enabled before use. You can activate it from the Audit Log section in WorklogPRO’s administration panel.
All audit log entries are retained for a period of 90 days. Entries exceeding this retention period are automatically purged to ensure compliance with applicable data retention requirements and to manage storage capacity.
The Audit Log captures user actions across the following areas of the application:
