Worklog Export Functionality

The export functionality enables user-level configurable data extraction with support for multiple dimensions, including:

  • Employee-based timesheet entries

  • Date range–filtered worklog data

  • Project- and customer-based aggregations

Supported Views

The export feature is available in the following contexts:

  • Timesheet view

  • Worklog page

  • Issue Activity panel

Within the Issue Activity panel, worklog data associated with a specific issue can be exported directly without requiring additional filtering, ensuring fast access to issue-scoped datasets.

Export Configuration

Selecting Worklog Export from any supported view opens the Excel Export Configuration screen.
This interface allows users to:

  • Enable or disable individual data fields

  • Customize column visibility

  • Control the structure of the exported dataset prior to generation

The configured settings are applied at export time, and the resulting file is generated in Excel (.xlsx) and CSV format.
