Issue Charts

The Issue Screen has a chart feature that lets users switch between table and chart views. Users can toggle from the table to different chart types using the dropdown menu.

Grouped Charts

The Grouped Chart displays worklog data organized by users or custom attributes. Users can group worklogs by assigned users to analyze individual workload, or by custom attributes like work type or invoice number. The chart supports both vertical and horizontal orientations, allowing users to choose the most suitable display format for their data analysis.

Chronological Chart

The Chronological Chart shows the total work hours logged for an issue over time. Users can change the date intervals (day, week, month, year) to view work distribution across different time periods. Chart automatically determines the optimal starting interval based on the number of worklogs and the date range to provide the most meaningful visualization.

Account Chart

The Hierarchical Account Chart displays worklog data in an organizational structure showing the account hierarchy. Users can navigate forward and backward through the hierarchy levels to drill down into specific organizational units or move up to higher levels, allowing detailed analysis of work distribution across different organizational levels. ā€œ>ā€œ means actual account has at least one child.
