Using the App When Jira IP Allowlist Is Enabled
This is an Atlassian Forge app that uses only 2LO and 3LO authentication. For this reason, enabling an IP allowlist on your Atlassian Cloud products does not affect this app, and no additional configuration is required on your side.
Why the IP allowlist does not affect this app
Atlassian does not apply IP allowlist restrictions to Forge apps that authenticate with 2LO and 3LO. Because this app is a Forge app and relies solely on 2LO/3LO authentication, there are no app IP ranges for you to add to your allowlist, and the app will continue to work normally after the allowlist is enabled.

The Atlassian Cloud IP allowlist accepts IP addresses in CIDR notation only. There are no IP addresses to add on this app's behalf.
