Card Options Menu
Each card on the Actions board has an Options Menu (indicated by three dots ...) in its top-right corner. Clicking this menu reveals a list of quick actions you can perform on that specific work item directly from the board.
Click the options menu on a card.
This removes the work item from its current column on the Actions board and returns it to the Inbox. Use this to re-evaluate the task later or if it was moved prematurely.
This option lets you assign or change the Time Context for the work item (e.g., Today, Tomorrow, This Week). Hover over "Agenda" to see a sub-menu with available options.
This option lets you assign or change the Matrix for the work item. Hover over "Matrix" to see a sub-menu with available options (Quadrant Name configured in the Matrix Settings page).
Clicking this starts a new Pomodoro timer session focused on this work item. Note: As shown, this option reads "Start pomodoro" because no timer is active for this task. If a session were active, it would show “Pause pomodoro” and "Stop pomodoro." (For detailed explanations of pomodoro, please see the Pomodoro.)
