Actions cards
  1. Type Icon: For Jira work items, this icon indicates the issue type (e.g., Story, Bug). For private tasks, a notepad leaf icon is used.

  2. Work Key: The unique project key for Jira issues (e.g., ECP-104, ECP-99). For private tasks, this field is usually empty (as seen in the 3rd card).

  3. Summary: Shows the summary for Jira work items or the title for private tasks.

  4. Options Menu: Used to send the work item back to the inbox, assign a time context, assign a matrix, or start/stop a Pomodoro timer.

  5. Time Context Label: A label indicating when the work should be done. The example shows "THIS WEEK." This label signifies that an Agenda context has been assigned to the work. (For more information on time contexts, please see the Agenda.)

  6. Matrix Label: A label indicating the specific Matrix quadrant (category) assigned to the work. This label is dynamic; it directly reflects the Quadrant Name configured in the Matrix Settings page. If you customize a quadrant's name, this label updates automatically; otherwise, the default system name (e.g., "Do First" or "Schedule") is displayed. (For more information on matrix, please see the Matrix.)

  7. Action Date: The action date is the due date or scheduled date for items in the "Scheduled" column. A date must be selected to move an item to the "Scheduled" action, and this field is specific to the Scheduled column only.

  8. Waiting For: The avatar of the user whose approval you are waiting for or who needs to complete a task before you can proceed. Selecting a user is mandatory to move an item to the "Waiting For" action, and this field is specific to the Waiting For column only. You cannot select yourself as a waiting for user.

  9. Column Waiting For: The header of the "Waiting For" column displays a group of avatars showing who is being waited on for the items in that column. This allows you to quickly see who is holding up work in that column.
