When something goes wrong with the app please provide us as much information as possible so that we can reproduce the problem. Sometimes an error may be caused by a specific information entered on the UI, it may happen on a specific Jira version, app version or browser version only. Please describe the steps which causes the error. Following information will be helpful for us.

• A screenshot of problem if it is UI related
• Jira version, DB version and Browser type and version
• Jira logs, especially error messages related to the add-on in the logs
• Browser's error logs
