Issue Reminders for Jira Cloud is an Atlassian Forge app. This has a significant importance regarding to security for a Jira Cloud app. I think you should have a separate evaluation for Forge apps, because they are significantly different. Old cloud apps are run on vendors own servers and store the data on their own databases. But Forge apps are more secure and doesn’t require vendors to use their own servers. We don’t have direct access to your reminder data or Jira data.
