Enterprise customers have a need to have multiple ways to categorise projects. There may be a requirement to create hiearchies, represent that a Project belongs to a certain part of the business, represent how the project has been built. Subprojects allows you to display and group Jira projects and project folders in a hierarchy and to control and manage them. Here you can create virtual projects, drag projects into them and manage them. Later you can use this project hierarchy in subprojects JQL or in dashboard widgets or use our GraphQL to query this hierarchy.
