You can override some of global configuration for your projects. But first of all, “Similar Issues Finder” should be enabled for your project from global configuration, otherwise all settings in this section are non-functional. If “Similar Issues” is disabled for your project from global settings you can’t enable it, but if it is enabled from global settings you can disable it from project settings.
Project specific settings are only a subset of global settings. For explanation of each setting please check Global Configuration.
